Aaron Percival
Web Alias: exodus2310
Series Role: Creator, Executive Producer, Webmaster
Sex: Male
Location: England

As long as Aaron can remember, Star Trek has been in his life. Aaron's earliest memory of Star Trek is of being sat on the floor of his very first home watching DS9 with his dad when he was around 3. Another distinct memory is of switching between "The Cartaker" and Aliens because of how scary the film was.

Even back then, Aaron wrote little half a page stories about Star Trek and as he got older, his interest in fanfiction got bigger. Growing up with the internet was a blessing for Aaron. When he was about 11, he started publishing his fiction online - which of course, is pretty bad considering how young he was - but it was a start.

Aaron soon became interested in script writing when people started proposing fanfilms. Aaron wrote a number of scripts on request for Alien/Predator fanfilms, none of which were made unfortunately. In 2003, Aaron was introduced to the world of virtual series by Stargate Horizon, the first script based Stargate virtual series. The more he read of that, the more he became interested in these virtual series and he eventually joined his first virtual series, Stargate Destiny.

While discussing a HUB website for Stargate virtual series, someone pointed him in the direction of Virtual Star Trek where he instantly noticed Frontiers. As he settled in at VST, and began to find his way around, Aaron eventually discovered other HUB sites such as Trek Online and The Quadrant.

The more of these Star Trek series he read, the more his dimmed interest in Star Trek began to return. Eventually, Aaron was back to be a full on Treky and soon, he started a series of his own. While watching Generations one day, the idea to do a series about the Enterprise-B poped into his head and after a few months of decision he decided to pitch it to Trek Online, where the series is due to be released in March 2007.

Adam Murray Briggs
Web Alias: mada101
Series Role: Supervising Producer
Age: 20
Sex: Male
Location: Carlisle, UK

Adam has been writing mostly prose for several years, but after leaving the hormone-controlled teenage years, he decided to give scriptwriting a go. After figuring out what a teaser was, he instantly settled into writing for screen faster than a beat cop getting comfy on a park bench. He has been a fan of Star Trek ever since he got a glimpse of the 3 Data's on "Brothers" when it was first aired, and has since enjoyed every single incarnation of the saga (less so with Voyager). After exploring The Original Series fully through the medium of the DVD, he decided to give his own virtual show a go, creating Star Trek: Atlantis and planning treatments for 74 episodes (and actually writing a few, too!) set in the groovy 2260's. However, after reading the stunning first season of the fan show Star Trek: Renaissance, he decided to abandon the idea and have a go at writing for someone else and, more importantly, with other people.

Wanting to have a career in writing novels and screenplays, Adam hopes that the experience gained from fellow writers will help him achieve that goal. And if it doesn't, at least he'll have had fun along the way. Adam is currently studying English Literature and Creative Writing at Liverpool Hope University, UK, but still manages to fit in a bit of Sci-Fi around all the assignments and alcoholic beverages.

Adam is Supervising Producer for Star Trek: Legacy, Co-Executive Producer and a Staff Writer for Star Trek: Frontiers, a Producer for Star Trek: Knight's Haven, a Staff Writer for Star Trek: Star's End, and Creative Producer at Virtual Enterprise. He also has the aforementioned Star Trek: Atlantis in development (the mini-series pilot of which is currently in the latter stages of development), as well as a Doctor Who Virtual Series, which will hopefully debut in November 2006.

Once upon a time there was a scribbler, and he was happy. With his stories and his peculiar ideas, he wandered the far reaches of his imagination unto the vast gulf between all that is possible and all that is on the fringe of ability. Then one day a friend of his took a look at one of his stories and told him, "We should write a Star Wars/ Star Trek crossover," and the scribbler finally crossed over the border between all that is Trek and all that is not. Many a fizzled story later, the scribbler junked the Crossover idea and decided to write a Star Trek story to see what would happen. Like all things Trek, the ideas would not stop growing, and he posted what he had to find out what others thought of it.

Not long after that the Big Bad Executive Producer of Legacy came knocking at the scribbler's email and said, "Why don't you come write scripts for me?"

"Write what others tell me to instead of what I want? That sounds like fun!" the scribbler thought and was suckered into the job. Many an idea later this now exasperated man produced a few pages which were promptly nixed by the powers that be. He was shocked to be told that "prose" writers were held in no small amount of contempt by the Trek community. Puzzled but still willing, the scribbler struggled to readjust his mindset and produced a few more pages which were accepted. And now the scribbler awaits the day he'll be released from his dungeon so he may wander free again in the sun.

Fun and games aside (the scribbler, by the way, is me) Legacy is a challenge for me to write insofar as so little time and effort has gone into it even after Generations gave us a glimpse of it. Under ordinary circumstances I write a story that I can form the shape of, but Legacy is a shape that is both unknown and, as we discover it, has all the intricacies of a key. After all the headaches and all the frustrations, this Enterprise is still an enigma to me. From a creative point of view this is more of an intricate puzzle to discover than a story to tell. The trick will be to make that discovery as engaging for an audience as it is for me. Time will tell. The progress is slow so far,but that only reflects the integrity the Legacy staff puts into each episode.

A bit about me: I'm tall, stocky, and insane if you believe what others say about me. I've never known a time without Trek, but let's be honest here, the franchise is around four decades old. I really don't know that much about it since my first Sci-fie love was Star Wars. Fortunately the others at Legacy are fluent with the facts and keep me honest. I currently have about six projects I'm working on besides Legacy including two FanFics, Star Trek: Pioneer and Star Wars: Brother Against Brother. A forthcoming project, Star Trek: Pathfinder, should be started later this year so maybe I'm turning into a fan after all.

John Hubbard
Web Alias: Praetor
Series Role: Staff Writer
Sex: Male

John is involved in a lot of extracurricular activities in his Upstate New York school. Among them are Jazz and Parade Band, Drama Club, etc. He likse soccer, and tacos, not necessarily in that order.

He discovered Star Trek when his Dad was watching a TOS marathon on the SciFi channel. The episode was "The Omega Glory." He hated the episode, but loved the idea: with phasers, and tricorders, and really big ships. Since then, it has blossomed to almost the point of obsession, especially with his by far favorite Star Trek show: Deep Space Nine.

Phil Wilson
Web Alias: aussie_rules
Series Role: Staff Writer
Age: 20
Sex: Yes please *Wink*
Location: Melbourne, Australia

Phil has been interested in Star Trek: Legacy from the get go and is looking forward to the challenge of writing for another Trek series.

He first discovered Trek around the age of 8 when he first watched Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and was instantly intrigued. After watching the rest of the movies (6 at the time) he moved on to The Original Series, The Next Generation and so on. His favorite series are The Next Generation with both The Original Series and Deep Space Nine not far off behind tied at second. He likes all Trek, but don’t get him started on Voyager, because he has very few nice things to say about it.

Phil’s interests include Star Trek, obviously, but his biggest passion of all is sport; particularly Cricket and Football (Aussie Rules Footy). He loves to play Golf and Cricket, but unfortunately doesn’t have the frame to play footy. Oh and he doesn’t mind dabbling in writing either

Ryan Kadwell
Web Alias: Rusty
Series Role: Proof-reader
Age: 24
Sex: Male
Location: Toowoomba, Australia

Ryan has been a trekkie since he and his father first began watching TNG on it's first appearances on TV, and an avid fan throughout the DS9 series. Upon his conclusion, he hung up his proverbial Spock ears to concentrate on non-trek-related-creative-writing works, join and flourish within the Australian Army, find a good girl, get two cats and drink plenty of beer and various bottles of red wine.

Beginning 2006, he returned back to the Trekiverse, where he has since been concocting concepts of his own, but has avidly expressed his interest and support for fan fictions on the Subspace Comms Network, but works principally for Star Trek Legacy as a prooffreeddeer .. prooffreeder... proo.... guy who reads stuff with a red pen and stuff.
